Working Principle of Lab Gas Scrubber
After the circulation pump is turned on, the absorption liquid is pumped from the round-bottom flask through the condensation pipe into the shower head through the circulation pump, then sprayed down from the tower cap and re-immersed in the absorption tank through the absorption tower.
When the tail gas enters the round-bottom flask and passes upward through the absorption column contact with the absorption liquid filled with glass packing to fully mix the gas and liquid. So as to achieve the purpose of absorption.
If the temperature of the tail gas is high, the condensation pipe needs to be connected to cool the scurbbing liquid.
