Spray dryer is a process device of atomizing the raw material liquid into mist droplets with the help of an atomizer and drying it in hot air to obtain a solid product.
The raw material liquid is sent to the atomizer by a high-pressure pump through the filter.
The fresh air required in the drying process is filtered and sent to the air heater by the blower to be heated to the required temperature and then enters the hot air distributor and is atomized by the atomizer.
After contact with the high-temperature hot air, the water in them evaporates and becomes dry products in a very short time.
